Unlike last year's monsoon, the weather was perfect all weekend. The racing was good, as Harvick dominated and won the race. Jimmie Johnson came from 28th to take second and firm up his lead for the Cup. Its still wide open for the final race this weekend in Homestead. Its been a great Nascar season, as I attended Fontana twice, Phoenix twice and Las Vegas once this year...toooo much party...lol. If you enjoy the pix and want a hi-res copy or a print, let me know. The generators struggled but we were able to keep one of the trailers cool. Louie set up a misting system which helped greatly. (we sprayed about $30 worth of water every 3-4 hours....lol) The A/V system was the bomb and we partied till 3 AM every night. The Busch race was the best race of the weekend. Kasey swept which made Christina happy! This basically ruined the menus on all 74 of my web pages....I've spent the last couple of nites replacing all Java Applet menus with "onmouseover" commands...very tedius, but its finally done...Thanks Bill!! Larry and I spotted my trailer on Louie's site (Backstretch front row). The view was awesome and the camp was party-ready with satellite TV, XM radio and Larry's extensive collection of blues CDs. It was cold at nite but we had tons of firewood to keep warm. Moviepooper ruins the endings for hundreds of movies!</a> I guess movie reviews don't spoil the ending, so maybe this is a good idea. Actually, this may be a good idea for remote trigger finger HBOers like me....I typically watch the middle hour of a movie, then, a week or month later watch the last hour. Eventually, I stumble across the beginning of the movie. I often watch the middle of movie several times before I finally finish it.....or see the beginning. Sometimes I'll stay up till 2AM to watch a stupid movie, only to see it's on HBO at 6PM the next day.
